The Skagafjörður Fjord in the North West of Iceland is a powerhouse of white water rivers and rafting fun! It is here that you will find one of Europes top five class 4 rafting rivers, the East Glacier River or the Jökulsá Austari as we call it in Iceland. This river is all that you could want from a action packed rafting day tour and then some more! Raft the Screaming Lady, Lost, The Green Roam and the other legendary rapids of what we call The Beast of the East. The East River has a more relaxed, family friendly sister, the West Glacier River or Jökulsá Vestari in Icelandic.
