I want Arctic Adventures to know about the tour guide that I had for the Thorsmork excursion. I had a guide named Robbie. He was an outstanding guide. He was very knowledgeable about not just Thorsmork, but Iceland as well. He was very helpful with giving us advice about which places to eat and shop. Many times, we would fall behind on the trail because some of us were taking photos or needed to rest, but Robbie was always patient with us. River Party

RiverRafting on the Hvítá river right next door to Geysir.

The Hvítá river is a beautiful and fun river an one hours drive from Reykjavík. For over 20 years the RiverFun rafting trip has been Iceland´s most popular adventure activity. The river has a perfectly balanced mix of serene canyons and adrenaline pumping waves and rapids. We raft for 7 kilometers and at one point participants get to jump from a cliff into the river. No one should leave Iceland with out experiencing the power that its rivers contain and lay eyes on the scenic canyons of Brúarhlöð in Hvítá. After the river rafting we emerge at the Drumbo basecamp where an amazing viking feast awaits us. Delecious icelandic lamb with all the trimmings.

Price 9.200 ISK per person.
We can make an offer for transfer depending on the group size.
Includes: rafting and BBQ lunch / dinner after the rafting.
Distance from Reykjavik: 100 km.
Duration of trip: 3-4 hours.
Available: 15th of April to the 31st of September (depending on weather).
Minimum: 20 pax. Maximum: 150 pax.
Age limit: 12 years.
Bring with you: warm sweater, bathing suit, change of clothing and a towel. No knowledge of the sport required. Special offer:
