Winter Day Trips from Reykjavík in Iceland

Arctic Adventures offers a whole bunch of great day trips in winter. They all have a 2 persons minimum in winter and can be operated on any day of the week. The prices and availability is valid from the 1st of September 2009 to the 31st of May 2010.

One thing you should to keep in mind is that the Icelandic winter weather always has the last word, we reserve the right to change or cancel trip with your safety in mind. The Icelandic winter weather is sometimes the biggest adventure of them all.

These are the trips we offer...each one is different, each is great trip into the Icelandic nature:

Blue Ice, glacier trip to the Sólheimajökull glacier.

Golden Grand Slam, combo tour with lava caving and a visit to the Golden Circle.

UnderWorld, cave trip in the Blue Mountains close to Reykjavík.

Northern Lights Hunt, evening super-jeep tour in search of the Aurora Borealis.

Mountain Ride, ATV/Quad bike tour just outside Reykjavik.

Deep into the blue, diving in the incredible Silfra ravine in Þingvellir national park.

Winter Kingdom, full day snow mobile trip in the Icelandic Highlands.
