Arctic Adventures is run by adventurers for adventurers and this shines through in our winter expeditions. We have at our disposal nine Super-Defenders (Super-Jeeps), they have all been modified for glacier and winter travel and have huge 38" tires, VHF radios, GPS positioning gadgets and rugged suspension. We use these rugged vehicles on all our expeditions in winter as they allow us to access to the amazing Iceland highlands, the last great untouched wilderness in Europe...Oh I almost forgot, you get to drive these monsters YOURSELVES!!

Landmannalaugar Winter Expedition, visit the amazing Landmannalaugar hot springs in the middle of the Highlands and take a relaxing soak in the arctic winter.

Þórsmörk Winter Expedition, drive along glaciers and cross frozen rivers to get to the valley of Thundergod Thor in the dead of winter.

Arctic Glacier Camp, do they unimaginable and spend a winter night in a tent on a glacier in Iceland!!!! How will we get there? You will have to DRIVE over the glacier!
