Day 1 TuesdayBook accommodation in Reykjavík
On our first day we experience the great Landmannalaugar interior destination with a pro at the wheel of your Super Jeep as you explore Iceland’s unique highland paradise for geology enthusiasts and visiting hikers - and don’t forget to bring along your bathing suit and towel for a dip in one of Iceland’s natural geothermal spots. We will also explore the rhyolite Mountains surrounding the hot springs and our returning drive will pass through the volcanic area of the Hekla mountain and the Fjallabak area.

Day 2 Wednesday– Book accommodation in Reykjavík
On Wednesday we explore the hidden world of the lava field between Þingvellir and Laugarvatn. Walking into the cave, discovering the marvels that the volcanic activity has created. The second adventure of the day is a surreal and breathtaking snorkeling visit to the Silfra ravine in the heart of the park. The Silfra is located on the boundary between America and Europe and offers crystal clear underwater views of the lava fissure. Silfra is one of the top ten dive sites in the world and it’s even better for snorkeling.

Day 3 Thursday Book accommodation in Reykjavík
On Thursday we start with a hike to the amazing hot spring area of Reykjadalur valley where we take a relaxing bath in a hot river… a fairly easy but rewarding trek in to mountains riddled with hot springs. Heading to Eldhestar horse farm for lunch, followed by a horse riding trip around the farm. A great chance to experience the unique Icelandic horse and its abilities.

Day 4 FridayBook accommodation in Reykjavík
We start with an early morning transfer from Reykjavík to Vatnajökull National Park. You will visit the most breathtaking and inspiring nature that Vatnajökull has to offer. Wander along the Virkisjökull glacier river and then on to the glacier tongue itself, where you will find yourself surrounded by spectacular ice formations and crevasses. Then take a boat ride on the world famous Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon where you will sail among enormous icebergs with Europe’s largest glacier in the background. After our boat ride we stop for coffee and a warm Icelandic waffel with cream and jam before starting our journey back to Reykjavík.

Day 5 SaturdayBook accommodation in Reykjavík
Saturday morning starts as we head out for an amazing visit to the Golden Circle. There we will see the Geysir hot spring area, the Gullfoss waterfall and Þingvellir national park.
