Climbing a wall of ice for the first time requires some technical instructions which are provided by our experienced guides along with special equipment such as crampons, special ice axes, climbing harnesses and a safety rope. Making an attempt to ascent a vertical frozen wall is a personal challenge for everybody but also requires a teamwork with the guide which makes sure everything is safe and sound, belays you on the wall and talks you through the process of trying to make it ,,to the top". Be prepared for taking your muscle power to it´s limits. It´s a sport for everybody who enjoys breathtaking nature and physical challenges.
