Two Hours ATV/Quad Bike Adventure on the Hellisheiði Lava Plateau, just 25 min from Reykjavik

The Mountain Cruiser is our two-hour afternoon ATV adventure from Reykjavík. The tour starts with a pick up from your hotel or guesthouse (but you can also meet us on location if you prefer). Our base is set in the mountainous Hellisheiði lava plateau, just 25 minutes outside the city. We will start by gearing up in warm thermal layers and waterproof clothing before our expert ATV guides show you how to safely handle our powerful (700 cc engine size) Super-ATV´s.
This is our most adventurous quad bike journey, tons of action and scenic views.
Guaranteed departures for minimum 2 persons: Everyday all year round with pick up from your accommodation.Please note: for Christmas and New Years we have different availability for the 24th-26th of December and 31st of December - 1st of January. An ATV tour is included on the following popular multi adventure holidays: 

Available: Everyday all year round (depending on weather and snow conditions).
Guaranteed departures: Everyday 13:00-13:30. If you have your own transport and want to meet us, then the meeting time is 13:30-14:00 at Litla Kaffistofan roadside café (check map below for driving directions).
Minimum 2 persons. Maximum 60 persons.
Duration of trip: 3-4 hours. 2 hours quad biking.
Included: 2 hours quad biking with two persons sharing a bike and gear.
Bring with you: Warm outdoor clothing, waterproof jacket and pants (we also have some gear to lend on location). Good hiking shoes are recommended (note: hiking shoes, waterproof jacket and pants can be rented if you let us know in advance).
Age limit: 10 years as a passenger on the ATV.
Distance from Reykjavik: 45 km.
No knowledge of the sport is required!
