School and Youth Trips
Arctic Adventures was the first activity company in Iceland to specialize in organizing youth and school groups traveling to Iceland. We offer a variety of trips of different duration for large and small groups. All our trips are operated by licensed activity guides and in coherence with all European safety standards.
Here you can take a look at the most popular programs we offer, but we are always willing to customize or help you realizing any idea you might have!
Our most popular day trips are River rafting, Glacier hiking, and Caving, but we offer school / youth rates on all our adventures. Just send us an email and we will send you all our info.
We also have a great selection of multi-day trips, here are links to our most popular ones:
Land of Ice & Fire is a five-day exploration of South Iceland, from Reykjavík all the way to the Skaftafell national park and back.
South by South East is a great six-day tour that covers most of the highlights of southern Iceland.
Highlights of the Highlands is a six-day trek that covers the famous Laugavegur route from Landamannalaugar to Þórsmörk valley and to Skógar waterfall.
We also offer a hiking tour from the Skógar Waterfall to Þórsmörk valley with a night spent in a mountain hut. A great hike through a truly magnificent landscape – a splendid choice for geology enthusiasts.
A 7-8 days ring road tour along Iceland ring road nr.1 is a popular choice for school groups. This tour gives you a possibility to cover a big area of the country with visits to, among other things; Jökulsárlón, Mývatn, Reynisfjara, Goðafoss, and Sólheimajökull.
